  • your name and email when you join the waitlist or newsletter;

We collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is gathered through Squarespace and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to ensure Website performance and understand usage patterns.

Social media interactions
If you contact us via Instagram or TikTok, those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies.

We do not collect payment details or sensitive personal information online.

2. Purpose of Processing

We process personal data solely to:

  • respond to inquiries and manage rental reservations;

  • operate, secure, and improve the Website;

  • maintain our waitlist and send updates when consent is given;

  • analyze aggregated data to improve the user experience;

  • comply with legal obligations such as tax or accounting rules.

We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing resale.

3. Legal Bases (EU/UK)

We rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent – when you submit data, join the waitlist, or accept analytics/marketing cookies;

  • Legitimate interests – to maintain site security and analyze usage;

  • Google Analytics 4 (usage statistics);

  • Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel for ad performance, only if you consent);

  • Squarespace Email Campaigns (for waitlist or newsletter communications).

Data may be transferred outside Montenegro, including to the United States. In such cases, we apply appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We do not share data with couriers or payment processors because transactions are handled offline within Montenegro.
